How long will my eyelash extensions last me?

Eyelash extension can last anywhere between 4-6 weeks, depending on the aftercare. For tips on how to expand and maintain your set, please read the "do's & don'ts" at the bottom of this page.
Will my natural lashes be damaged after a set?

No.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

We recommend you come absolutely makeup-free. Do not curl your lashes prior to your service booking. If you do come with makeup on, we will remove it in order to complete the set.
What material are the lash extensions made of?

Mink.
Will my natural lashes be damaged?

As long as you do not tug or rub on the extensions, your natural lashes are perfectly safe and healthy. If you'd like to have the extensions removed, you can book a "de-bonding" service.
When should I get a refill on my extensions?

It is recommended you get a refill every 2-3 weeks.
Am I able to get my lash extensions wet?

After a dry period of 24-48 hours, yes. Make sure to avoid steam, hot showers, water running down your face, and, crying. Wetness may cause irritation as the lash extension bond is still curing.
I have a major event coming up, when should I book my lash extension?

Preferably 2-3 days prior to the major event to allow proper time for the extension to cure and set.
How long does it take for a full set of eyelash extensions to complete?

Usually an hour, but it can take up to 2 hours, depending on the client.
